Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The item must be in “new” condition for a full return/exchange value. Items in “used” condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend using a shipping method that is track able & insured.
CLEARANCE ITEM: Sales on all clearance and closeout item are final, NO RETURN or EXCHANGE.
RETURNS : Please email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Form. On the subject line please include your order number. Once you receive the return form please print the form then complete the form and mail it with the item to:

REFUND: Refunds are issued in the same manner that you originally paid. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.
SHIPPING CHARGE: We regret that we are unable to issue a refund for shipping charges regardless of circumstance once the order has shipped.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM: It is very rare that you received the wrong item or the item you received was damaged in any way. If this happen please email to: email@example.com within 7 days to let us know about the detail and how do you want to resolve the issue. Please include the order number, item, color, size.
RESTOCKING FEES: Returns over 30 days are issued as in-store credit equal to the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Items not returned in new condition will be assessed a restocking fee of 25%.
