How do I check my order status?

If you have an account simply "sign in" and click "View Order Status". If you don't have an account and would like to check the status of your order please contact our customer service.

How do I get my tracking number?

When your order ships, our system automatically generates an email to you with your tracking number. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't locate your email, please contact our customer service.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on the order amount and can be calculated through the shopping cart prior to check out. Within your shopping cart, click on “Estimate Shipping and Tax” and enter your shipping information to get your shipping quote. 

Which carrier are you using for shipping?

Currently we are using United States Postal Service for shipping your order. Shipment will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

How about if the item that I order is not in stock ?

If for any reason we don't have the item that you order, we will refund to the original account, for item that is not in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to United States and Canada.

How fast can you ship my order?

We normally ship all "In Stock" item within 24 hours.
